With more than 46 years in the market, IBQ is located in a site of 2.5 million square meter area, where its factory has been installed in compliance with all safety requirements. Located in Quatro Barras, in the Curitiba metropolitan area, IBQ benefits from various logistical advantages present in the South of Brazil.

In order to meet the requirements of the national market and Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, IBQ has a structured team of representatives that offers personalized customer service, as well as an effective and active technical assistance.

IBQ – Defense System is one of the few companies in Brazil to hold the entire production process of Explosive and Defense Materials, as well as accessories for Aerospace applications. All phases, including the project and development, manufacturing, loading and unloading, are carried out within the manufacturing plant, thus allowing for a better control of each phase.

The company’s activities in this area are authorized by the Army Ministry and certified by CTA – General-Command of  Aerospace Technology  , an organ subordinated to the Brazilian Ministry of Defense.
